Steve Gareleck played College tennis for the University of Rochester where the team was ranked #4 in the country in NCAA division 3. Steve graduated with a Masters in Finance and an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Management and worked in Corporate Finance in New York for 5 years before moving to Atlanta. Steve got back into tennis when he moved to Atlanta, GA and eventually purchased Atlanta’s largest tennis club, the Racquet Club of the South. Steve started the National Tennis Foundation in 2009 at the club while in a partnership with the USTA to help kids through the experience of tennis. After Steve sold the tennis club to Lifetime Fitness, the Foundation found a new life and partner with the Necker Cup.
