The NTF seeks to educate our student athletes on the importance of cultural diversity and coexistence of ideas and views both domestically and internationally.

We achieve this by offering domestic and international cross-cultural programming, grants, and summer camps. We believe in celebrating each individual and recognizing diversity as it enriches our team collectively.

We acknowledge the existence of  inequities that impact those we serve and strive to address them while strengthening the values that are at the core of our foundation.
